Yes you can make an AI aircraft stop on a carrier, first you have to have a runway on the carrier, you would do this with afcad.

To make an AI stop on the carrier you have to adjust the planes cfg file. Look for the "spoiler limit" under the [airplane_geometry] heading, it should be a high number, you can keep adjusting the number up till the aircraft comes to a stop about 2/3 rds down the angled deck.

You will also need a carrier air file for the aircraft.

Hope that helps, it's quite easy once you get the hang of it.

Excuse my ignorance, I know about air files but what is a carrier air file ?
