I saw you in the P51 this afternoon DG while I was bombing sheep in Wales. Why the hell FSX substituted it with Ricks Sycamore I don't know as I have a P51 (WoP and Alpha). Who's was that one??

I was having similar problems. You would have thought the WOP P-51s would be substituted for the Warwick Carter one I have. Alas, I was just getting turbocharged Cessna 172s. :dunno:

Would be nice if FS gave you the option of which aircraft to substitute.
I wonder how it decides :dunno:

Last night Dave B and myself tried the new 'ride' function in Ricks Meatbox T7. The second crewmember (me) slides himself back into the second seat and calls up some navigation tools, whilst Dave flies a low level route through Snowdonia.

Tonight, we will hopefully load the IRIS F3 Tornado and try some real two seater action, I must remember to bring a sick bag

Nice shots Trev  I gotta say, it's a lot of fun this 'two seater' lark and for anyone with a modicum of imagination, it really does feel like you have a crew member sat a couple of feet away

Only current prob with the Meatbox in FSX is that it will flameout at the drop of a hat so you have to keep away from closed throttle as much as possible and slow using airbrakes. We suffered one such flameout on approach to Llanbedr but fortunately, I had enough forward speed to remain airbourne while the engines took their sweet time to fire up again. The low finals would have made interesting shots with me coming in on the LH engine.. sideways but I guess Trev was writing a quick 'last letter' to his loved ones
