Not sure what configuration was but here is what I believe to be the Ark/Sqn movement details:

890 Squadron to HMS Ark Royal March 1960

893 Squadron to HMS Ark Royal November 1960

890 Squadron to HMS Ark Royal 4th Commission 1961/1963

890 Squadron to HMS Ark Royal 5th Commission 1964/1966

That tallies with the details I have for Vixen/Ark movements. Post the '66 commission Ark went to be Phantomized (is that a word?), to be honest I couldn't tell you how different it ended up after that but I'm fairly sure the 'cats were moved about and the flight deck arrangement changed a bit. The FS model is sometime mid-70s as that was the period I could get most info for!

Thats always going to be the way, with every project there must be someone out there who has the details, I mean - someone must have built/modified the machines be they aircraft or ship.

The only thing that annoys me about those screenshots is that I'm 99% sure the Ark never carried Vixens in that configuration! Maybe I should scan in those plans I've got of the Victorious.....
