Shockwave have posted a new video of the upcoming aircraft release with outside views this time. Looks like some of your guesses were right.

I can't understand this supposed mystery..it is obvious and has been all along to those likely to buy it
Why not just stop pratting around and let's see it properly
About time there was a Guppy but as for the lights...... anything with lights like that I would uninstall immediately
Or is that just an effect the've added on the video
So Please lets see it without all the clever dickery :@

I presume you just mean "remove the offending Lights entry"?
But I am rather tempted by it, now that we know a Super Guppy's included!

No..I would throw the whole lot
I never play arround with cfgs or light entries or owt like that..don't have the time
I do very little flying anyway so it would not be worth me wasting time on it.
I don't know if there is a Super Guppy....that shown is I think the Pregnant.....it's one of the smaller ones at least.
It's not the version we know in Europe

Hmm, yes, I think you're right there.
It's the Super Guppy turbine that I'm more interested in, so will think twice about buying it.

The one's we had in Europe were the Guppy 201
It's a pity we've never had one for FS.9 or beyond.....maybe one day

It wasnt obvious to everyone, and some people found it fun to research what it was, and enjoy a good guess on the forums.

The lights included are the all new shockwave 3d lights, casting realistic light into 3d space, of course they can be removed as has been said, but you would be missing out on that extra 1% of realism IMO. since the default lights are as flat as a pancake.

Yes there are a whole lot of flightsim firsts in this model including rotating lights and such which can be seen in the video.

Hi Lewis
Welcome to the forum
Thanks for the comments.......I do wish though you would just show the aircraft .
As to the lights..I don't find they look very realistic...I appreciate the effect but I think it is overdone.
But of course until you decide to show it properly It's hard to really judge

hey gary,
Paul K a regular here told me about this place, Paul is a good chap I meet yearly at duxford for a pint and the airshow. Yes the lights in some areas are a compromise and are for the fiddler as due to the massive amount of aircraft out there we had to take the decision to only auto install into the default aircraft. Some pics of the lights in action can be seen on our website, and dont tell anyone else this but for some very strange reason I think they look a little more subtle in the FS2004 Environment.
I am not advertsing with this one its just that the screenies are on our product page, heres the link gary:
