I'm sure Ted Cook has done a free Magister, IIRC it is without spats - no idea about the flaps though.

Yes Allan it has flaps and its over at the Pond
Tha Magister had that odd full span flap that continued across the underside of the fuselage not so much
a flap as a bloody great anchor

I am flying the Cook's Magister. Except for the textures, not updated since then, the Cook model is definitely far better !
