For sure Chris ;-) I don't think it's good marketing policy to 'have a go' at prospective buyers for airing an opinion though. Some may be offended enough to not bother. Perhaps that point wasn't considered :dunno:

Having glanced back at the thread the thing that amazes me is aside from one or possibly two comments there isn't even anything that can even remotely be construed as "pouring scorn" in my opinion. :dunno:

Hehe. After a gruelling day at this infernal machine it's good to throw in the bait and see how many 'rise'.
Dave. My fuse is getting nearly as short as Michael's.

Lewis-A2A. I used to get really upset but I long ago developed an asbestos skin. Essential in this game. Turn up the heat. Ahhhh. ;-)

You're gonna bite your own arse one day MD

You will have gathered that we actually DO like the Wellingboot here at 'Pouring Scorn Central' and are all waiting to part with dosh.. with a few reservations as already mentioned ;-) If those really ARE out of date screenies of what can be expected.. then get em changed  UKMIL (the Gaffer) was famous for releasing shots that had QE2 sized holes blown in em only to reply with.. yeh.. know about that.. done that.. fixed that.. already got that sorted. MOST infuriating!

The question is.. how much of the 'old screenies' are out of date ;-)

Over to you :cpu:

I really can't answer for Contact Sales and I have no say in the screenies that get released. They may well be from the beta version. I don't even have a Beta copy as I only got asked at very short notice on this one ( a week). Team SDB just get a comission to create an appropriate scenery I just happened to have one nearly finished. It was destined elsewhere but it's military AND Brit to boot if you know what I mean. ;-)
I just felt that someone ought to defend the devs who may not be here to defend themselves. Before you ask, no I don't know who they are as Contact Sales don't tell us. Nor do they need to for the scenery devs to do their thing.
The last I heard from Contact Sales was the masters were with the copiers and release was expected early December.

OK let's all have a drink at Dave's bar :drinkers: Old Peculier for me please.

This has become far too complicated. What happened to the days when we knew who everyone was

Ah well.. early December is here so we wait, patiently ;-)
