Nice Shots!

I Liked them all but definatly the first two, very atmospheric watching it burst out of a steam filled tunnel.

Always had an interest in large machinery such as this and how it all worked, I think that also had something to do with my interest in planes.

I was driving down to London on Friday when I came across an engine that looked quite similar to this one pulling two BR maroon coaches running parallel to the M6 south of Carlisle. It was heading south and doing about 65mph. Could it have been the same engine?

The Dragon told me off for not looking where I was going, touchy woman - it was only a small coach of nuns and orphans that I ran into the ditch. :roll:

According to uksteam.info Scots Guardsman was running that day around Carlisle
