The wonderful ingredients of a Scotch Haggis:
1 sheep's stomach
1 sheep's liver
1 sheep's heart
1 sheep's lung
1lb beef suet
1 large onion
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1lb oatmeal
Fink I am going to be sick very soon!!

Can't beat a propper full breakkie

And you can't have a propper breakie without black pudding!
I have limited myself to one big full fry-up a fortnight to limit the damage that it does to me
