Googling the registrations comes up with Volvo 7900.
Seems like chassis and bodywork are combined:

The days of separate chassis and coachwork may have gone - not the same as London Transport in the 1960s!

I thought it might be a single build. Interesting approach, historically they've never been successful in the UK. The old Nationals never had a great reputation. I suppose some of these hybrids might be difficult to do as a separate chasis.
