That's a joke, right?
But if you're serious you can have it for nothing. It's been in a drawer and a box for about 20 plus years. It needs a battery and a strap and I doubt whether I've still got the manual so working out how to set it would be a challenge

Took me a good 10 minutes to come up with that
I'll take it mate, and I'll print a copy of this thread as proof of it provenance

Buy British Old Boy.

(I've tried the "how much is that eternity ring worth now?" angle but ran it threadbare with Pentax K-7 and K-30 backup cameras)
Now I doubt I'll ever get my Breitling Navitimer 01.

You get as many brownie points as we have Joe. Unusual to see something with a 'Made in the United Kingdom' sticker on it these days
Ben..
I had one of the first run of Seiko Kinetics (3 day) which was pretty darned accurate. In fact I still have it. It started getting grumpy 4 or 5 years ago so I wrote off to Seiko UK who gave it a good wash and brush up/battery change and typically, I've not worn it since. I got a Casio Wave Ceptor (which I now never wear) and keep all the other time pieces in the house 'in check' with it
When my dad was going downhill in horsepiddle.. he gave me his Pulsar watch for safe keeping (which he later couldn't find.. he'd given it me so I gave it back again

) and I wear this daily. It has a Seiko srs2 Kinetic movement (6 or 7 day) and keeps absolutely blindin' time. Dad wouldn't have paid an arm and a leg for it so unless you're a stickler for logo's.. there are alternatives out there which use the Seiko movement but are a fraction of the cost
It has to be said that I've bought loads of Seiko's over the years and I've loved each one. I always said that if I won the lottery, I'd treat myself to a Rolex, Omega or TAG/Heuer but the liklihood of that happening is zero (you have to be in it to win it!)

Ben. I just popped into town and was strolling past F.Hinds the jewellers. They've got selected Seikos in a half-price sale. A couple of them look very nice, too. The pic's not too clear as it was on my phone through the window glass, but they're also on their website
