I'm struggling with the jump from a perfectly normal exchange about bestiality to a 21 speed bicycle cog, Eric. I seem to have missed something along the way

I know I'm on a controlled substance now and may be a bit wobbly but it still seems even more weird than usual to me! Come on Joe - what's the link? Off the wall with you - help me out a bit here!

Ian :)

I've spent two days (on & off) looking for the cartoon that I'm sure is still in a folder somewhere hereabout.....
It was by our favourite cartoonist, Leunig, about 20 years back; picture this:
A workshop crammed with power tools, man kneeling and drooling over a box as he lifts the lid.
Printed on the box top: "Black & Decker Concubine"
A man ahead of his time. :agree:

I thought I remembered a news story that provides the connection. :-O

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/7095134.stm

Mind you whilst this chaps behaviour might be weird, he was doing it in a hostel room he rented so I'm not entirely sure why it was an offence. :dunno:

Jon

PS It seems I'm not the only one wondering why this was an offence. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/scot ... 098116.stm
Apparently he shouldn't have pleaded guilty.
