Your 2070 is probably more than enough. I am currently using a 3070 and it works quite well with FS2020 and the alpha while I it was working.

Hi Joe, I'm not going near MSFS 2024 for a while but the 7800 XT has made an enormous difference to 2020. Not only do I not get CTDs but I can finally see what the fuss is all about. A flight over London was revelatory - all the buildings display with no loss of FPS or stutters. Previously it's been a mess with half formed structures and not many if them at that. Deeply impressed with the 7800 XT.
