Rob,
The web site says "The world's largest plane lands at East Midlands Airport at 04:00 Thursday." ie early tomorrow morning.
My info is coming from a spotter's group: no An-225 until tonight but one An-124 in now (departing 1710) and another one An-124 arriving 1625.
Pity it is such poor weather and using runway 09, otherwise could nip up the road to the A46/A606 junction which seems to be the point at which they turn finals to runway 27 (based on my experience of flights into NEMA).

If it arrives as expected at 0400, there will be mention in various places.
I will post info at around 0900 if arrival confirmed. And if it's there I'll be off later to have a look. Just 21 miles away.
But for those of you who want to check progress - check
http://www.flytecomm.com/cgi-bin/trackflight
Enter ADB1266 as flight number.
