just for what its worth
August 18 1974 was a very good day - The recievers finally did what
Everyone wanted - got rid of an obnoxious stain on Luton Airports
ramp - sorry folks never liked the company or most of its employees
they looked down on all the other carriers like they were gods gift

Hi Leif
Certainly it would look different from the inside as you guys would really know
Speaking as it looked to the public..........well tacky...cheap... pushy.
They claimed they were a new fresh approach and promised to be different.
They certainly were and proved that new is no always better.
They certainly had attitude.
They were everywhere....even on cornflake packets and at times gave the impression that they were the only ones flying to the sun.

Just looked again & noticed that the bottom one looks a bit sh1t.
I'm feeling better now.
I do like the 4 engine Airbus though, it's very nice for a new one.
Both paints look nice on that one.

TBH I quite like the A.340 as well
Have done since the first drawings were published.
Looks that bit different from all the twins.
I suppose the more they strive for efficient design the more similar the types will become as ultimately there is one optimum shape.
Still these will be around for a while.

What is this...an infection? Is it contagious?.....
Has the Airbus-flu come early this year? Didn't you all get your vaccines?
Only excuse is that is in the middle of the night...!

Next thing will be that you all feel that the A380 has kind of a sex-appeal..!
Or that that latest variant of the Rimnod is slim and slender....
Heaven help us all.....
