Latest update: the 2D panels are pretty much finished; at least enough for beta-testing. I may well tweak them a bit during the testing but we'll see. Currently, Brian Horsey is finishing up the FDEs so until then, I am going back to painting some more schemes. Here are two of the latest: WF158, and my first Indian scheme, IN192 in sexy black post-FRU colours:

Gee Whiz!!

At this rate a good number of forum members will be able to have their own personalised Sea Hawk.

An idea arrives - would it be possible to create a blank 'name tab' for the port side below the cockpit sill so that members could type in their 'nom de plume' eg 'Pilot Sub Lt Philips' 'Crew Chief CPO Pertwee?'

I am sure our RN friends could think up some some humorous names - Lt Cmdr Lostagain, Cmdr Mutiny! Ah well, perhaps not a good idea after all.

I imagine that could be done! :worried: I'll look into it Hobby - perhaps we can compile a list that I knock out while the beta is going on. Speaking of which, I believe the models for testing will be as follows (rather than the whole set):

F.1
FB.3
FGA.6
FGA.101

This should give me enough feedback for the pertinent types. A week or two should be sufficient before I make my last changes prior to general release.

As Graham says, get clearing those hangar spaces (I know Hobby has a lot of space clear at Ford!)

All looking very nice Steve, sooo much better than I could have done!

Speaking of Ford; there are an awful of airfields (such as Ford) that are no longer around - has anybody been working on, or has already got, Afcad files for these 'lost' stations?

Steve,

Awesome, simply awesome mate, we need to hook up again so I can buy you a beer or two on behalf of the whole Forum by the sound of it!

One thing, all your screen shots, these ones and previous you have her flying in the rain, is all that Orange County UV sunshine getting to you and you are home sick for the UK "Liquid Sunshine?!"
