The original........I felt there was little point in the updated demo as I could not be sure it was representative of the full version and was a waste of time.

This was based on the feeling that the original demo couldn't be representative as there were too many issues. :huf:

I am currently downloading the patch, 3 hours so far but nearly there :worried: I will give MS the benefit of the doubt until I see what the patch can give us, it still looks like a 'cartoon' to me.
I do a lot of screenshots and I cannot seem to get the FSX ones to look anywhere near as realistic as the FS9 ones.

Hi Guys..

Just installed the update...and I'm getting a serious performance improvement...

I can switch on more bells and whistles without a frame-rate hit...something's wrong somewhere..

Quick, uninstall it at once, there's obviously a virus....!

Eating all the autogen and AI and thus improving performance... sooner or later it will start eating up your FS9 as well!

It has already eaten itself into your USB-ports.....

Hi Guys

I get " your computer has run out of available memory" error
with my latest models with 3d gauges so i am shafted till the updated SDK arrives.

The have also not bothered to srt out the alpha drawing error for propellers & glass made using Makemdl.

Worked perfectly in the second FSX beta so not impressed.
Trees look crap now etc etc.

yes it's faster but at the expense of quality.

Back to FS9

Regards
Rick
