Hmmm,
I'm aware of the Swedish Air Force using two ex-SAS Caravelle III's in an ELINT role. The livery featured on these two birds, are somewhat drab though. I'm not sure I can think of any other users of the ELINT Caravelle.
Here's the Swedish aircraft:

One of the aircraft went on to Le Caravelle Club, where they're trying to bring the aircraft up to flying condition:

I'm sure Sterling will be done, however Sterling flew the Caravelle 10B3, not the Caravelle III, which is the first model slated for release.
The later models have been done, but so far only the III has a complete set of master textures ready.
Give it a little time and the other models will start showing up in our preview forum

The ELINT may have been the Swedish one (but I remember more dayglo), however there was a really wonderful mix of military users of this aircraft, if the repainters fancy a challange..............
Military Operators
Argentina, Central African Republic, Chad, France, Gabon, Mauritania, Mexico, Rwanda, Sweden, Yugoslavia.
On another matter, are you modelling the drag chute, which I think these aircraft used?

calypsos,
the images I've seen of the other military variants of the Caravelle, haven't included a "dayglo" livery or a version with loads of bulges and antennas which usually is a good way to spot an ELINT version.
You're right though, there's a wide array of interesting military liveries out there
Yep we've been allowed to use the RR Avon soundset David Maltby put together for his Comet. Thanks Dave :kissu:
Oh, yes, the parachute is modelled:
