Hmmmmm this sort of thing annoys the hell out of me, you pay legitimate money then they refuse support or show lack of urgency... then they wonder why people go and rip them off!! If other companies did the same they would soon be closed due to lack of sales... I have had arun in witha company recently suffice to say I wont buy any of their products again and found their remarks to me quite upsetting and deflamitory, I replied but oddly enough they did not have the decency to reply back.. I do not advocate piracy at all, but if a company does that to you when you legitimately buy something then they are stupid and encourage others to avoid them :@
