Okay matey, doing that now. I'll upload the three individually, and you can grab any or all of them.

OKay, all three uploaded. Same link as before, the three zip files are obvious. :)

I must say, I really like the Alphasim Halifax and Halton. A little primitive by current standards they may be, but everything you do get is accurate. A classic case of "less is more".

OK.. here's a quick fix for one of the original paints.. G-AHZJ. It corrects the LAMS logo on the RH side (the original is the wrong way round) and adds panel lines above the fuse registrations NewTexture

Simply drop the bmp contained in the zip into your original C8_2 texture folder and let it overwrite the original ;-)

The email failed - and a file transfer site was uploading even slower before I went out - Tuesday is bunfight night down the City Mission, well actually they run five nights a week but I only help out on the soup and sandwiches once a week - and now Malwarebyte is chewing through some sus files that may have been responsible for slowing everything down.

Just as well that Paul was able to do the necessary, wouldn't want Dave to have nothing to do over the next few days. :worried:

Tks Allan.. your efforts remain very much appreciated. Oddly enough, I noticed this evening that the original download contains a folder called Halton PK :o Couldn't believe I'd missed this recently. However.. looking inside shows three folders containing all the textures in dxt3 format and no psd's  Nice one
I'm now tracking down 4 episodes of 'Propliner' to add to Part 1 of a great Halifax/Halton series already donated by BB  Fingers crossed.. we have the missing episodes at Brooklands otherwise this is going to be a costly exercise :worried: I may adjust Red Eagle too as the reg font could be closer. Watch this space ;-)

Looks good, Dave. I must get the Halifax and Halton set up for FSX. I'm sure Dave G posted a screenie of his in FSX at some point, with some mention of swapping gauges or such like.

Leif..

I've been tampering with the LAMS blue as the one on the original release looks a little light. Do you reckon this is any better?? (new paint.. G-AIWJ - Port of Athens)

I intend working through all the LAMS liveries I have shots for so expect a few more. Likewise BOAC and Eagle plus LAC and Bond if I can get colour info ;-)
