Oh dear Pete.. I expected you to be zipping around smartly when I opened the thread. So sorry to read the opposite.. I can understand your disappointment Never mind.. they're clever folk and I'm sure they'll get you sorted My nephew was born with a heart defect and spent the first months of his life in a sort of iron lung type machine. He was affectionately referred to as 'Baby Ben on wheels'! As soon as he was old enough, he had a pacemaker fitted and he's now 19yo and your typical, stroppy, know-it-all teenager who deserves a good slap sometimes!! He's had a few upgrades over the years.. some of which have required further tinkering but by and large, he's been fine. I'm sure you'll be the same IDC

Sorry to read that you are having problems with the pacemaker Pete and sincerely hope that very soon they will be able to sort this problem out. In a sense can understand the frustration you are feeling but hopefully when things are back to as they should be you will feel much better!
