I think there has been a misunderstanding here
When they said use protection they didn't mean wear a hat.
If they had, then it would have been a hard hat.
Still all this advice I fear is too late

Nothing wrong with having a large frame, it's just loose muscle thats all. Mine has taken years of hard graft in Mcdonalds.
