Hi Dave
No problem,
Thats interesting what I see on your machine.
You have the bgl´s of the 9.1 update
from Microsoft and not the textures.
If you wish I can send them to you.
for this I need an e-mail adress.
Or you try to install the FS 2004
9.1 update a second time.
your decision
Regards Wolfgang

Hi,
That is the road tunnel under the runway, BTW. There are actually 4 of them.
I'm glad that everyone is enjoying our scenery - that's great. It's not anything fancy, but it does at least give the look of the classic era. We didn't have the VFR scenery, but if someone wants to rework the AFCAD to match it, we wouldn't have any objection to that being released as a separate update.
Take care,

Hi Tom and welcome aboard
Yup.. I've a feeling that the 9.1 patch added the bridges and other bits which unfortunately put many in the wrong place so a VFR patch removed them again!! Fortunately this was only 2 textures and an easy fix
I've only flown in there with the Airspeed Ambassador thus far and it's not keen on pulling the centreline on approach. FSNav had been updated and shows correctly so it may just be the AS57 that's not co-operating
Brilliant scenery.. in just the era we want.. very good on frames and about to be adorned with a host of CalClassics/Retro AI!!

I must second David on this absolutely marvelous, and my RetroAi/CalClassic traffic is already busy there, as well as other places...!

I must '3rd' that - it is absolutely great! The Hunting hangar as well!!!

All we need are the Shell Herons and Gulfstream 1 and we've got the lot!! Oops - forgot the Seaboard CL-44.
However, is there any chance that Runway 33 could be 'activated' as that was used for landings only when I was a spotter there in the mid '60's?

Also a big Thank You to you too Tim....I'm well on my way through your schedules....!
Btw. there is no RWY33. 27/09 and 23/05 ... all are active, except 05 which is closed for both T/O and landing.

Of course in those days it was 28/10 and 23/05

Indeed.
And as a spotter, when they were landing on 33, it was a real pain. I could see the approach for 23L from home and lived between 28L/28R. But could not see 33 approach  So had to get on my bike

Oh ****, I spent an hour or so installing about a gigabyte of PAI last night. Now I've got to remove it and replace the lot with RetroAI and CalClassic AI...
Unless...
Can't .bgls be set to only be active between set dates on the FS clock? Could I edit the UK2000 EGLL to appear after 1980, with the 1961 EGLL to appear before? Likewise with the PAI .bgls? Then all I'd need to do to switch between Then and Now is to change the "Time and Date" settings when creating the flight.
