Absolutely nowt wrong with a speaking nav system Ben and Mikew, in fact it is a godsend!! :dancer:

Only last week I was driving in unfamiliar territory and taking the route as instructed but missed one instruction 10 miles further on going past the turn-off I needed.....my speaking all dancing nav then corrected me with a pre-installed phrase.....In future, pay attention!!

I used to have one of those, but I've had a GPS these last few years - and I can switch it off when it gets it wrong and starts sulking because I won't go the way it said !

geez ... : :worried: I was planning a trip to the UK and haul a camper trailer around to see the countryside and places of intrest,
maybe up to scotland to trace my Grandfathers ancestry or you know where ever the GPS would take me....
would be my first to drive on the wrong side of the road..... stop by daves bar for a quart or two.... :dunno:
