Disagree entirely Rick, best thing you've ever done! Having been around the JS in it's RAF days it is probably the most memory-evoking model I've ever had the pleasure of playing with. You can almost smell it....

Hi Rick, I'm assuming your on Win7 x64? I haven't had any memory errors at all mate, that said I don't have any dev tools installed other than the SDK. Found a couple of smaller scsi disks which will do for my OS drive (and found a replacement fan to keep them cool lol) so currently reinstalling everything too.

Hi Ben

Sadly I have to use 32 bit W7 as some of my work stuff only functions in 32 bit

tried 64 but can't export from FSDS to Paradigm creator or Remo3D in 64 bit which as they won't send me a 3dsMax licence means i have to stay 32bit 8)

I can't afford Max currently as i am struggling finacially to just stay solvent

there was a problem with the jetstream beta hunting for 2 missing textures which i thought was causing the memory leak but after fixing that i have found that a lot of So named "FSX addon scenery is in fact FS9 models and also has missing textures which FSX is calling

so i am clean installing again and starting a Fresh FSX and adding each addon until i discover shich is calling ".BMP & _LM.BMP"
neither has a name so i cannot just add a texture with same name to fix it (which is how i usually fix it with third party errors)
as W7 won't allow you to rename anything to nothing .BMP etc as it's not a filename.

Also my FSX folder is getting to 175 GB (all my scenery is on another drive!) so a fresh start will help i think

Rick
