How do I search for files on the new website.

Search isn't active yet. I hope to have it back by the end of the evening.

Hover over the 'Files' on the top menu and it's the bottom item on the sub-menu.

To those having trouble logging on, could someone please try and delete their cache and the Brit Sim cookie and then report back?

I'm struggling to replicate it, my main account and my test account are logging on and off fine.

Hi Rob,

Not sure if im putting in the right username and password, but im getting a 500 error when I submit my credentials. I've followed the forgot password link and tried each of my email addresses but haven't had the reset email through. I think my username was XR219. Don't know if this helps you or not

Your account was showing as existing but had never been activated. I've activated it and fingers crossed it will work.
