Garry/Chris (crisso)
Ref TACV
Looking at my (slightly overexposed) photo print - the livery is overall white (fuselage) with a twin parallel but slightly separated blue above red line at window level which then in front of the front door dips down slightly and narrows to end at the black nose radome. As you said, the tailfin seems to have the main airline logo.

Beautiful rendition, Garry! But, I don't think SATENA was a true civil airline. I think they were comparable to MATS (Military Air Transport Service) that the U.S. had.
Cheers!

Rich they were an airline created to operate service to remote areas. they still exist.
It was operated by the airforce using aircraft transferred as needed but it is a real airline.

The 748 was a very rare bird over here. Though I have seen a couple of private users. Surely there must be some Canadian operators.
