I hope that among you, there'll be someone who will truly appreciate the amount of time ( hundreds and hundreds of hours by the way !) spent on this bird.
Rui

I think that you must have posted in the wrong forum when you mention bad remarks about your work.

If there is a group of people who appreciate the AFG efforts on the Caravelle, and your efforts with the repaints then it has to be here. :prayer:

On the Caravelle slant, a friend lives in Fernhurst which I believe was the site of a Caravelle crash.
A sad day - as a youngster I used to listen to Heathrow approach during most waking hours when I wasn't at school. I vaguely remember the Iberia flight was repeatedly called by approach with no response, with other aircraft asked to try as well. No indication of anything amiss and it did not mean too much to me. That is until I read about the crash in the papers and realised what had happened. :crying:

Hear, hear! Your repaints Rui are absolutely stunning! I am very grateful that someone with your talent shares his gifts with the rest of us.

Hey Rui, glad to see you poking in around here. As always, I'm glad things are going better for you. You (and expecially your paints) were sadly missed last year. With the upcoming FSX DX10 patch, we can only hope to see you start developing for FS11 when it comes out because I'm sure your metal work will be even more stunning with Shader 2.0 and bump mapping added in.

As was said above, I think that you may have misread something. We love both the Caravelle and the King Air (especially the Caravelle :welldone: :welldone: :welldone: ) as both were (and in the case of the KA200 "are") common sights in Britain and are Classic aircraft in their own rights.

I'm just ready to start flying whenever your perfect work is complete.

Check your forum settings. The pictures aren't showing truncated on mine unless someone changed them.
