Thanks for the picture. I was under the impression that Aer Arann's ATR42s were on the way out, but apparently for some routes the ATR72s are a bit too large.

Sometimes even if a type is on the way out at least one is painted for publicity reasons...Blue Diamond BMA on Viscount G-AZNA for example.

On the ISDT website there is also a repaint in Aer Arann's old colors. Just for those who have missed it so far.

Aer Arann is pretty well covered repaint-wise. There is also a Shorts 360 repaint of the Mike Stone model around (sadly no PAD model so far) and the ATR72 in various versions - except the -200 in the early livery, IIRC.

Luv the Air Wales repaint , brings back memorys of flying to and form paris evey week to work. sadly missed at Cardiff.
