Not convinced by the mirror image of the camo patterns on the two wings. Camouflage tends to flow across the top surfaces. (I spent a long time repainting an F-111 so I know how tricky it is)
Unfortunately there does not seem to be a whole lot of photos of Valiants in anything other than all white. Are there any Victor photos that you could adapt?
Ian
EDIT: two modellers attempts at the camo pattern
http://www.xs4all.nl/~designer/models/v ... iant-3.htm - this seems to be a bit sparse for the olive
http://www.diecastaircraftforum.com/att ... 1-001a.jpg - seems to be more likely if not a bit too much olive at the wing root.
I have found some pictures of camo Valiants which I can scan - none overhead but perhaps the location of the green at the leading edge of the wing will give a clue as to what happens elsewhere.

Hope my comments did not come across as criticism. Since you've made the effort to repaint the Valiant, I think that it is worthwhile to get it right.
Camo is never easy - trying to match where wings and fuselage join on different texture maps is tricky. So show us a screenie from above when you have progressed.
And I've just looked at my F-111 repaint - the swing wings added even more "joy" to the repaint - never again comes to mind.
