He stated on my forum that it was out of his league. I must admit that I'm having the same problem with it... ;)

Watches aren't my thing anyway, I only bought a Timex in Florida because my instructor wouldn't let me solo if I didn't have a watch. Even 11 years later I only wear it when flying. I can enjoy a precision piece of technology but enjoy it more when it's cheaper and I actually use it! Now if we're talking Nikon SLRs.... :agree:

Yep , a watch mandatory when flying ; all the kids learning now seem to get the time from their mob. fones ! Makes it difficult with the After Shutdown Checks ...... Pens , Pencils , Pieces of Paper , Spectacles , T***icles , Wallet and Watch ...
Do find the canvas straps get sweaty and then smelly 'tho !

A bit of soap and a nail brush in a sink of hot water and they're fresh in no time.. something you can't really do with a leather strap (though of course you can with a plazzie strap) :)

Metal solves the problem , [apart from rust ] ; just don't stick your arm down an hole with any elecii connections in it .
