Hi Dale :)

That Viper jet is on the latest HK mail for $264.32/£174.45. I hung around on the page for a while (as you do) and got a 'one time offer' of $245.44.. a saving of $18.88. That's not even close to your £131 :-O Needless to say, I didn't add to basket

Quite a bit going on with you lads :)

Not been out with the planes for ages. Mainly due to weather and work commitments.

I've been somewhat offline with this thread for a while. Sorry chaps. :$

Dave are you thinking of a fast jet? Go for it!

Understood mate

I'm looking for something faster and that RadJet looked ok. Not as manic as the loonybin Strykers you and Dale have  A-N-Other was advertised a few weeks ago that'll takeoff/land on water and/or grass took my fancy too but too many things take my fancy

Here ya go mate...

Cost differential may be a consequence of it being available from the UK warehouse.. bang a few quid on and charge less for p+p. Price from the UK warehouse is probably very close to what you'll pay from China ;)

It seems like it's been well received at the UK warehouse mate. Since I first saw the ad, UK stock is now zero :-O

A lovely morning today.. the second in a row but the first I've felt like flying. TBH.. the wind started to pick up a bit yesterday about the time I considered going out and ironically.. it died down around the time the kids were ejected from school 8)
No such problems today. Had the Bixler out for 30mins in pretty much ideal conditions. Enough wind aloft to soar but not enough to blow it to bu99ery  30mins was about all I could stand though.. OAT is resting at 3degC in the shade and out of any windchill :-O

Hope you're all keeping safe and the glue is remaining stowed

Hi Mate :hello:
Not flown since Sunday as work has intervened Took the Chippy and had half a dozen flights Grass was getting a bit long so landings were a bit abrupt
Viper arrived last Thursday but not much time to make a start Will get the retracts fitted in the wings first but struggling to find a set that will fit in the slim wing section. The retract pocket in the wing is only 21 mm deep and the smallest retract that will do the duty is 24mm deep :wall: Will get stuck in next week when I have a bit more time
