Well looking out of the window today the sky almost looked like that here... so much for H&B

Have you noticed there is a problem with the prop disc cutting the clouds out completely

Yes, that too ;-)

But it flies, and please remember that this is a FS2002 model....!

Not bad me thinks.

There is something about transparency textures in this thread from fsdeveloper:

At the risk of getting shot at and not knowing what Dans system is if that is default FSX scenery south of London I'll give it a miss.

Very south of London ....(I think....)

The last one is just off the coast of the Channel....

Actually I don't know exactly, as I was just flying around here and there....didn't really look at the map....

Can't even remember where I started

Glass seems to be one of those 9 into FS.X things

From what I've seen myself is appears to be either black or not there.

But that's a minor point no doubt can be addressed someday.

Travelled back in time and found this note from David:

To clear up the puzzle of cockpit windows in FSX.
The Super VC10 update (late December) made that 3d model FSX compatible, so it has cockpit glass in FSX (still not as good as in FS9 though).
All the other models (including Standard & C1K VC10) will not have any cockpit glass in FSX.

So you were right (again) ... bugger !

Have you noticed that it is only upon clouds?, not the aircraft itself or the landscape? (Pic 1 and2)
