You won't be dissapointed Eric :)

As Dave says there are delays here and there but the model is being perfected and that takes time but more than worth it :excited:

Great! I will wait patiently. Whilst working on my Dove repaints, in research, I ran across some really nice heron pics as well, including an especially nice one in Rolls Royce livery.

Kind regards and I do hope the wrist is better Derek. My 2 year old grandson is in a full body cast at the moment with a broken femur, so I can relate to the difficulties a cast can cause!

Hi Eric,

Sorry to hear about your grandson, at least us older folks are used to the knocks that life can bring...but it's difficult to explain to a 2 year old :(

Please pass on my best wishes for a speedy recovery.

As well as working on the Heron model I'm currently going through the paints for the Classic British VA fleet...and there's quite a few of them, including the Rolls-Royce executive taxi ;)

Regards,

Derek

Hi Elmar :hello:

Nothing new to report I'm afraid. The srs1 model is, I believe, pretty close and I think we're all happy with the FD. When the FD is finalised, it'll be transferred to the srs2 and tweaked to be a little more slippery (the srs2 having retractable landing gear) and that I think will be it. You'll get the latest news here first so keep looking in ;)
