I do find that fairly depressing to be honest. We live in an age where consumerism and commercialism are such powerful driving forces behind our society that it's okay to p*ss all over ancient monuments of spiritual significance. I have no love for the dippy "rain magic" touting types however I imagine many peoples opinions would be different had this been painted on the side of St Pauls or the Vatican or some other place that resonates with the majority of society.

Take it for what it is Chris and lighten up hey. It's not a statement of mockery against our ancient pagan forebears.. it's a bit of fun.. something sadly lacking in the day-to-day humdrum world we live in :wink:

There is a lot of debate about just how ancient those particular pagan forebears are anyway - latest evidence points to it having an 18th century origin. :dunno:
