Hi Garry

Cheers Rui

There is a lot of polys on in the nose as it needs to be smooth inside and out.

I don't think anyone has noticed the little door opening handle turning on the starboard side in front of the ladder

Also the windscreen wipers work on the inside only..that's Fraser's work

And the door handle on the pax door operates too.

The Western model I've only see for real once....in London, as they don't sell them locally...they've gone anyway now :'(

The one I saw was in Channel Air Bridge livery

Shame that they were rather expensive as there was some nice subjects.

The Superfreighter is in our file library as a WIP release :)

TCA were Bristol Freighter Mk.31, not Superfreighters

The Freighter is looking great Gary. Have you seen the virtual cockpit of the Canadian Bristol Freighter in Winnipeg?

I remember seeing them lumbering into Montreal as a kid. TCA bought three for the New York run while waiting for the Vanguard to be rolled out. My Dad was with maintenance central for TCA from 1946 until very recently (he retired eventually at the age of 86!!)

Thanks for that :)

The cockpit won't play for me :'(

As mention above that is a different type of aeroplane to the one modelled

Sorry. Being a newby I replied to an earlier thread without noting that there were 21 pages already posted, including a reply to my post. I will be more careful in future.

The virtual cockpit is not exactly a video. It plays on Quicktime. The link still works for me and gives a good 360 view (zoomable) look around the cockpit. It may take time to load on older computers?

Great aircraft though. I was always dissapointed with Stone's Freighter as it did not have operable doors nor a VC.
