Hi Perob

I had the same problem with my Nvidia 8800 GTX in Vista.

I fixed it with this program http://www.nhancer.com/

Rick

Thank you thank you, this is excellent, I have been down loading and installing drivers and chasing my tail. Was almost ready to give up on FSX.

Hi

To the moderators of this forum: could you please move this post to the correct place, i.e. the developer's corner?

Perob
Nice to hear that you like FS2004, but "You bought the wrong car!" (Vista) Go back to Windows XP as the majority of bugs have been ironed out and wait until M$ get its act together.

Hi Ravilamir,

We've been kinda busy of late and missed this one, duely moved.

Re XP or Vista, get with the program, Vista is 10 months old, well supported and does a good job. Nothing wrong with the OS, and Perob has a problem with one app, hardly sound reasoning to change an OS.

Hi Garry and Ben

Thanks for the prompt reply!

Ben
I know that Vista is 10 months old but I am much older than that! Microsoft has got a problem with that OS as it interferes with FS2004 in an unacceptable manner and it treats the user as an idiot. For that I am sick of hearing how marvellous Vista is or for that matter fsx!
I'll continue to use a trusted OS for a trusted Flight Simulation, i.e. FS2004 and Windows XP. Looking forward to FS 11 and a Vista XP!
