Those vids are the ones that old man Hawkins gave to the folks in Vancouver - the other vid that milehighguy refers to
are the flight deck videos of the Frightner - If you listen carefully at the end of the second video you can hear Hawkins
talking to the guy in front on him who is , I believe our friend Rod Hayward - I hope that milehigh releases the vids soon
they maybe of some help as far as "howto's" go. ;-)

That's interesting Leif
All these little bits will come together one day
As to the aircraft itself..........I think that was the one written off in May this year..

Not sure if HawkAir was still operating it though - I have the feeling the way Rod talked was that it had been passed on to some other carrier.
And your right the world IS getting smaller isnt it???

It was not with Hawkair at the time of the crash
I think it moved on when Hawkair went into administration.

I thought it was one of the Anchorage Fuel haulers - I have the sneakiest suspicion that last vid was taken by old man Hawkins
when it left the property. BTW He and Rod appear in another video of the last frightner being delivered to the museum

Never mind the slow rate of climb - my first commercial flight was on one from Southend to Rotterdam in September 1970, as a 'foot passenger' (i.e. no accompanying car) - The landing was 'firm' to say the least!
