With Jen's superb new Brabazon on the way, I thought I'd have one last outing in the old one...

No! ;-)

The Brabazon seemed like a good idea at the time but it turned out to be a white elephant and never went into service for a variety of reasons which I'm sure someone here will be willing to go into.. but not me ;-)

Have you heard of wikipedia James?? Try 'Googling' or Ask.com :)

I've just tried Wikipedia and it gave no direct page to the Brabazon. However, on page 1-20 of 244.. it gives a list of 'possibles' with regard to relevance. No1 is Baron Brabazon - 100%. I didn't try there because we're looking for an aircraft not a bloke. Second in the list with a relevance of 98.7% is Bristol Brabazon. Now, I don't know if this is refering to a night club in Bristol or if it's Bristol the aircraft company but I think it's a fair bet to go for the aircraft company ;-)
