Driffield rehash

Hi all,
After Stevo kindly had a look at my progress so far, and rightly pointed out that my scenery was a bit out, I decided to rehash the whole project (again).
The hangars have been moved closer to the correct position (I think?) and I have spent two days building the "accommodation area.
Still loads to do, but I will get there in the end.

I realise this is WIP, but even the MOD (or Ministry of Works then) would not build a domestic site without a connecting road system (or perhaps they would

).
I am sure that is to follow and it is great to have these domestic sites included as they are very evident to periferal vison when flying circuits of bases. Great work!

It has always been my understanding that Bob the Builder always left the footpaths until last, then banged them in where the grass was worn. This, on the premise that lazy erks would always find the shortest routes. :gigle: :gigle: :gigle:
The road system is going in Trev, but that was an early shot just round the accommodation so far.
Thanks for the kind words chaps. I will get there in the end.

Driffield :o
OFFTOPIC
I have bad memories of Driffield...I was fined copious amounts of beer and Mars bars for driving my RT wagon through the gates with my headlights on......for those not in the know, convoys travel with headlights on..before arrival at location all lights are extinguished to prevent detection by the enemy.......the fact that it was the middle of the day..and in Yorkshire..is neither here nor there...

I should know Garry. Very stange people these Yorkshire folk. I sometimes wish they would all bog off back to York.
