I have the Airliner Color History "Lockheed L1011 Tristar" book, but since I'm in the US, it's kinda hard to loan it to you. :)

PM me with the specifics of what you're looking for and I'll scan it to you.

I think I've got the bottom one (it's been a while since I've seen it). I could scan some stuff for you if you want but I'd be happy to send it over too, just let me know. I'll go and check if it's the right one tonight or tomorrow.

Hi Tonks

I do have Philip Birtles's Tristar book from the Modern Civil Aircraft series published by Ian Allen. From what I remember it's better on service history, etc. than raw data but if you have any specific info you need I'll see if it has anything useful.

Hi Tonks, this any good ?(clicky here) -----> http://www.l1011.de/
copies of the FAA type cert and AOM (flight manual, although I would 've thought you can probably source one from the other lot in your neighbourhood) to be found there.

ps 'handling the big jets' was a recommended read when I first took my CAA A&C licence.
