Does anyone know where that is? It'd be interesting to try it in FS.

HI all,

It's Saba in the Netherlands Antilles. Unless you have the FlyTampa St.Maarten add-on or this from AVSIM it doesn't quite look like the video in FS.

Nice one Nigel. I always look at the associated clips alongside, who needs a runway anyway ? http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=_8wmZ6hhpg8

Sorry, I didn't want to hijack the thread but they are sort of linked.

It demonstrates the L bit of STOL but I'd like to see it try the TO bit on that tiny patch of ground.

That second clip is impressive :o but there is a very strong wind blowing that could well make it almost VTOL

No problem John....at work at the mo, but will take a look at your link tomorrow.

Just a thought, if it rains and the aircraft starts aquaplaning late on the landing run.....What the hell would you do? :o :worried:

Chris, the T/O is somewhere on You Tube but cannot link it until tomorrow unless some-one can find it before then.

Regards Nigel.
