I saw one locally that flew even lower than that..only a few inches but nonetheless lower.

i suddenly got more interested in the smart car with a turbo Hyabusa engine in it doing doughnuts.
sorry but looked like my kind of thing
a 380 hp Smart Cart would leave a rather large grin on my face currently
& the herk was also impressive.
