http://www.simgameit.com/

i asked them to remove it but no reply and my accound has now been blocked from their forum

it looks like the USA seems to not be covered by European copyright law as 99% of the copyright theifs are in the USA
& not eastern Europe like everyone thinks.

I am totally sick of the of my stolen work turning up on Websites & Ebay discs

I have given 9 years of my spare time to Freeware and it has done nothing but get ripped off.

If my first Payware effort ends up on a torrent i am throwing in the towell for good.
but a good effort will be made to travel worldwide to find the culprit and attack with a baseball bat first

Sorry guys but enough is enough :$

Regards
Rick

I think it's an unfortunate inevitability that payware releases end up on torrents these days Rick. :'(

Indeed. It's almost unavoidable I'm afraid.

Hi Rick,

Try logging in again, I thought I'd been banned but there is an option (default) to be logged out after 60 mins. Change it to 'stay logged on'.

Hi Garry

I can log in but when i post it says "The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you."

so go figure.

Regards
Rick :@

edit now it says "Sorry Rick_Piper, you are banned from using this forum!"

Hi,

I stand corrected, Rick must have got the same message as me - I'm banned too! Odd, as I thought I was incredibly polite and just stated that they were going against the original readme which they had included in their download pack. I guess they took umbrage at having criticism sent their direction. I did have a chance to look around the forums and have to say it's one of the worst I've come across with some of the dialogue being used. They need not have banned me as it was unlikely that I would have been a frequent visitor.
