What's "ungueltig" mean?

Every time I fly D-GHHH's beautiful piston engined Ambassador I get a repeated "sound-file ungueltig" warning, what's it mean? What's more, how can I get rid of it? I've tried aliasing the file, and substituting similar Centaurus sound files but I can't stopt it coming up; which makes me suspect the aircraft.cfg file but I can't see anything obviously wrong there.

That message is in german because it is actually generated by a gauge programmed by a german-language compiler and not by FS itself. It is warning you that a sound file cannot be found. In particular, it's probably looking for a file called click.wav or beep.wav. There is a fellow from Germany who prefixes his gauges HGHB_ that commonly uses a click sound in his toggle switch gauges. If you don't have the sound file, then that warning appears.
add this to your fs9 cfg and it will not bother you again

FSSound.dll=1
SimSound.dll=1

We Germans are meanwhile just a little bit beyond Goering, The Third Reich, etc.....
"Ungueltig" just means "invalid".
I am sure the (German) guy who designed this great (British) aircraft for FS is more than willing to help.

I seem to remember there being a problem associated with the 'old' prefixed files, some of them anyway in FS9. We (that is, a handful of us) fly the Ambassador on our VA and this prob hasn't been highlighted. Try Ben's (707's) suggestion and if it still happens, get back to us

Thanks chaps, hacked it. The fs9.cfg modification didn't work, possibly because I don't have the relevant .dlls in my Modules folder, but I found the answer on Google as Garry suggested. Why didn't I think of that myself first? I made a copy of switch_small.wav, renamed it click.wav, and put it back into the Sounds folder - end of problem.
Now I can sit back, open my copy of the Express and have a good read. I notice that the co-pilot hasn't got a paper; too poor or too damn' busy?
