Having talked to several people who had experience with Kemper, it was unfortunately one of those things that they could see coming, much like Silver State Helicopters. I hate for the innocent students, instructors, and other pilot who lost their lives (and especially the families of those killed) in the accidents because it unfortunately all comes back to the way the school was run that ended up with this happening.

Hopefully the upshot will be better oversight of flight schools without penalizing those schools which have been following the regulations all-along.
