Classic British Flight Sim

Having opened the box, to scan the EP photos, I thought I might do a few more. To start, here are some Britannia 102s - 300 series next.

All photos are from the Michael Harries Collection and are copyright the Tangmere Military Aviation Museum Trust. No prizes for guessing what car Michael Harries drove in 1964!

And as another aside I love the two BKS shots - one with hollow blades and one with filled - Garry, you could be right they DO look like
Strat blades dont they?

I think if you do a little research they carry the Nigerian flag because BOAC helped start Nigerian Airways

I didnt realise that they were parked for that long - Always assumed that they went straight from BOAC service to Britannia, BKS etc al

I was gonna comment on the Sunbeam Alpine Ben. Despite the changing months, it's always 'in shot'. Obviously a creature of habit ;-)

I'm told Michael was a complete "transport nut", Dave - trains and boats and planes (now where have I heard that phrase before? ;-) ) and cars, too - he was obviously very fond of that Alpine.
