....the Chinese one which was a CIA spyplane

is G-SIXC.
I guess Tom menas the livery when first G-APSA a livery that was quickly abandoned, may have been the only one painted thus???

And those registrations would suggest it was Canadian Pacific and then Maritime Central before Eagle. All in a space of 3 months so perhaps the CP (CF-CZY) reg was not taken up

Not check the DC 6 but that sounds likely :think:
That Britannia was the first delivered to Eagle leased form Cubana and the livery you see is that which was current at the time. It featured heavily in a Propliners article on BEIA Britannias published some years ago.
I painted a Viscount in that version.

Two videos on the sidebar are also worth seeing : the 109, which has an altogether coarser sound than a Merlin, and looks a real pig to land ( as is said to be the case) and the Mitchell

You're right - "delivery colors" must have meant British Eagle delivery. Maritime Central only had it for a short time, as I remember for charters that didn't quite work out.
