Fuel Remaining Onboard.. Argosy and VC9
Hi Guy's..
Since tanking the Herald fleet up.. I've now done the Argosy fleet (bar 1 in Dyce) to around 2000kg +/- and have just finished all available BEA VC9 Vanguards (951/3) based at LHR to around 3000kg. The Merchantman fleet isn't too badly off being all over 2000kg but I'll work my way through them in the fullness of time to be the same as the Pax aircraft ;-)

You're welcome mate ;-)
I know that Fraser is working his way tirelessly through the Viscount fleet which on the face of it doesn't sound too bad until you see just how many Viscounts we have I have so many piston props.. just the thought of starting frightened me off so it seemed less daunting to pick on something small (the Herald) then work around as many of the others as I can ;-)
Tell you what.. I REALLY am bored doing the LHR-BRUX S'pose I could have gone somewhere else but it's a reasonably short flight but long enough to have a nice ticket price plus.. importantly.. Brussels National is quite cheap at $1.23

Food for thought Dave. I see United paid 74 cents per litre last quarter so our prices are not so bad.
Chin up!

Press release from Manchester Airport
'Due to a further increase in supply cost, AVGAS 100LL fuel will increase to £1.51 + VAT per litre and JET A1 fuel to £0.85 + VAT per litre with effect from 10th June 2008. '
68p per litre pretty good then!

Hi Chaps
All the UK based VC9/9c's are now on the 3000kg mark (EE at EGLL is a tad under but close enough). Would appreciate if you chaps who regularly fly the Canadian routes could bring those aircraft up to this level too. A number are already there ;-)
