Kalitta crash in Colombia

Kalitta have lost another 747, shortly after take-off from Bogota (dest Miami).
I think it's truly remarkable that anyone got out of this alive.
Sadly, although the crew have all survived at least 2 of them are critically injured and there were 2 fatalities on the ground.
