Not everyone's cup of tea perhaps, but tonight (UK) Channel 5, 8.00pm, (should be available on 5's on demand service later for UK viweres only), is a programme about "the engineers at the Evergreen Air Center in Arizona, as they embark on a project to break down and salvage the parts of a retired 747."
